The CTDC Group is headquartered in London at 1 Gough Square, London EC4A 3DE, United Kingdom.

The group’s founding and parent entity is Centre for Transnational Development and Collaboration Ltd (Company number 08818738), a company registered in England and Wales. This entity is the originator and owner of CTDC’s intellectual property, methodologies, educational frameworks, and knowledge assets, and provides strategic oversight across the group. It is also the entity responsible for CTDC’s business-to-business consulting services, working with institutional, organisational, and corporate clients.

CTDC Consultancy Ltd (Company number 12074787) is a company registered in England and Wales and is responsible for CTDC’s business-to-customer activities, including the operation of CTDC Academy and the delivery of professional learning and training programmes to individual learners and open cohorts.

CTDC also works through a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee and registered in Palestine, which supports the delivery of Arabic-language educational and capacity-building programmes. These activities are carried out under subcontract and in alignment with CTDC’s mission, institutional standards, and governance frameworks.

All entities operate collectively as part of the CTDC Group, enabling coordinated, context-responsive, and ethically grounded work across different legal and geographic contexts.
